Description
The Servo Reverser (SRV) is a compact unit which takes a standard R/C type PWM servo signal and produces a reversed signal. The SRV gives both normal and reversed outputs from the one signal simultaneously, enabling two servos to be driven from one output. They benefit from having a 3.3V regulator for the control electronics, which provides good isolation from noisy servo power supplies and an LED indicator which strobes at half the PWM input frequency. There is no trim function. The signal is reversed around the 1500us neutral standard found on most R/C servos. (We believe that the trim function just makes setup more complicated. It is much easier to mechanically trim one of the outputs. This also means that a replacement SRV can be plugged straight in with no need for re-trimming.)
