about power and camera

Hi Matt,

Do you build mini-ITX board on iC-hexapod? I didn't see it from the vedio... What kind of power do you use? I didn't see it from the vedio too :) My last question is how you link digital camera CCD to mini-ITX board to load image? I have an old camera but I don't know how to get the CCD link to the computer. thanks.

Hi Tony,

The majority of the information can be found on iC's website. Look under the link "What IC".

I run IC and the ITX computer form a singal 12V PSU, with a 5V DCDC Converter for servo power. The CCD camera is connected to the ITX computer via a PCI analogue capture card.

I presume your planning on making an IC of your own? If so, I would appreciate an update of your progress.

Matt.

Re: about power and camera

Millions thanks. Yes I am trying to make a robot like iC. I do think iC is a standard design in the world. If you can add more powerful AI to let "I See" has capability to read and learning and thinking, that will be great. By the way, I am from China :)

Keep in touch, I will put my materials to my website later, appreciate your help.
